Recently, Sujit Choudhry and other prominent constitutional experts such as Thomas Sidelius from Dalama University, Victor Musiaka who is the president rep in the Supreme Court, Sergi Holovatyi a member of the constitutional commission and many others came together to discuss the legal challenges of Ukraine and also the semi-presidential system of the same.
